History
Built
in the 1940’s, what is now America Place was
originally part of the old Quartermaster Depot of
the United States Army, which also included the Civil
War era Quadrangle buildings. The park was then purchased
by Seagrams in the 1960’s and the warehouses
were stocked with whiskey barrels.
Founded in 1985, America Place industrial park is
now home to over 30 businesses. We specialize
in quality warehouse space at below market rates. As
such, we have been an “incubator” for
many companies that have grown from small organizations
to large international concerns... Serv-Vend
Industries, Nu-Yale and Koetter Woodworking just to
name a few.
