Built in the 1940s, what is now the AP Business Park was originally part of the old Quartermaster Depot of the United States Army. The park was purchased by Seagrams in the 1960s, and the warehouses were used to store whiskey barrels.
AP Business Park was founded in 1985. It is comprised of more than one million square feet of building space set across 84 acres. Located in Jeffersonville, Indiana, in the heart of the Louisville Metro area, AP Business Park is currently home to over 30 businesses representing a variety of industries. We offer ideal options suited for printing, manufacturing, storage, office and distribution operations.
