America Place, a commercial real estate developer in Southern Indiana, recognizes the addition of ATTC Manufacturing, Inc. to the “Winner’s Circle” campus in River Ridge. In July 2023, ATTC Manufacturing began leasing a Class A industrial warehouse in America Place’s portfolio. The warehousing space has allowed the company to increase manufacturing and distribution operations along the Ohio River.
ATTC is an award-winning automotive parts manufacturing company located in Tell City, IN. For over twenty years, ATTC has demonstrated remarkable growth and innovation in the manufacturing of rotors, brake drums, front knuckles, rear carriers, and differential cases. Due to rapid growth, ATTC needed a second facility to continue expanding its operations. This second facility, located at 800 Trey Street, is 150,000 square feet and was originally constructed in 2014. It is the first property America Place developed in River Ridge.
Chad James, Executive Vice President of ATTC, shares, “ATTC Manufacturing, has officially started production at our second facility, which is located in Jeffersonville, IN. The facility will be used to machine Knuckle, Carrier, and Differential Cases for the automotive industry. We currently have 10 team members, and this will grow to 150 hourly and salary positions by the end of 2025. The facility located in the River Ridge development is centrally located to our supply and customer base. One Southern Indiana and America Place have been very helpful through the process of site selection and setup. ATTC Jeffersonville looks forward to many years being a partner in our second community.”

The “Winner’s Circle” continues to flourish, as shown by ATTC’s arrival. The campus, comprised of six Class A industrial warehouses ranging in size from 150,000 to 420,000 square feet, is home to several industry leaders such as Enjoy Life Foods, Neovia Logistics, Affinity / MiHub, Idemitsu, and Bluegrass Supply Chain Services. America Place is the largest privately held landowner within River Ridge, owning over 275 acres and 1.3 million square feet of completed industrial and office projects.
