America Place Announces Promotion of Two Leaders to Executive Vice President

America Place is excited to announce the promotion of two accomplished leaders to key executive positions, strengthening the organization’s strategic focus on real estate growth and technological innovation.

Taylor King, previously serving as Director of Real Estate, has been promoted to the role of Executive Vice President of Real Estate. In this capacity, King will lead the company’s real estate strategy, including tenant relations, development, portfolio management, marketing, and market expansion efforts. Over the last 9 years, his leadership has been instrumental in securing high-profile, international tenants and optimizing the company’s real estate assets.

Also promoted is Daryl Booth, who will assume the role of Executive Vice President of Information Technology.
